The Club at Admiral's Cove
900 residences on 975 acres. 5.5 miles of navigable waterways with private docks at most homes. A 74-slip deepwater marina. 45 holes of championship golf. Platinum Club, Top 10 in America. Jupiter's definitive golf-and-yacht community.
What It's Like to Live Here
Admiral's Cove is what happens when you build a country club around a marina instead of the other way around. The community sits on 975 acres in Jupiter, bounded by the Intracoastal Waterway to the east and Alternate A1A to the west, with 5.5 miles of navigable canals woven through the interior. Most of the 900 homes either back to one of those canals with a private dock or front the championship golf courses. The Jupiter Inlet sits roughly two miles to the east, putting the Atlantic Ocean within minutes of every backyard slip. No other community in the Lost Tree roster has anywhere close to this combination of water and golf.
The land has history. Originally part of a tract owned by philanthropist John D. MacArthur, the property was developed in the mid-1980s by Ben Frankel as a low-density, nature-forward waterfront community. The result reads as a yachting village first and a golf community second. Club cottages and harbor home condominiums with their own dedicated boat slips sit at the entry end of the inventory. Single-family homes, patio homes, and custom waterfront estates fill the rest, ranging from approximately 2,500 to 14,000 square feet. The largest trophy estates have over 300 feet of direct Intracoastal frontage and accommodate vessels in the 130-foot range.
The Club itself is one of the most awarded in America. Platinum Club designation. Consistently named one of the Top 10 private club communities in the United States. Top 100 Platinum Golf and Country Club in the world. The 84,000 square foot main clubhouse anchors a campus that includes 45 holes of championship golf, a 74-slip deepwater marina, a 32-room boutique inn for member guests, a 22,000 square foot spa and salon, seven dining venues, 12 Har-Tru tennis courts, 8 pickleball courts, and a state-of-the-art fitness center renovated in 2020.
Schools are A-rated Palm Beach County public, with The Benjamin School the dominant private option. Membership is mandatory. Initiation runs $285,000 to $475,000 depending on tier, with annual dues approximately $63,000. Median sale price over the trailing 12 months is $5.6 million, up 19 percent year over year.

45 Holes, a Deepwater Marina, and a Platinum Club
The golf at Admiral's Cove is more comprehensive than at any other private club in Northern Palm Beach. Robert von Hagge designed 45 holes total: the 18-hole East Course and three 9-hole Golf Village layouts (North, South, and West) that combine into different 18-hole routings depending on the day. The East Course has hosted United States Open Qualifiers for over a decade. The Golf Village was dramatically enhanced in 2015 with a comprehensive Kipp Schulties redesign that added meaningful elevation changes and rebuilt every green. Two driving ranges, two golf shops, and on-site PGA instruction support the program.
The marina is the part that makes Admiral's Cove genuinely unique in this market. A 74-slip deepwater facility, recognized among the Top 10 private club marinas in America, accommodating vessels up to 130 feet with floating docks, full-service concierge, dock staff, reduced member fuel costs, and routine patrol security on both car and boat.
