Lost Tree Village borders the Atlantic Ocean to the East, the Intracoastal on the West, Seminole Golf Club to the North, and John D. MacArthur preserve to the South. It is 20 minutes from Palm Beach International Airport and 25 minutes from Worth Avenue. The community comprises 450 acres with approximately 524 residences.
The Lost Tree Club is a private equity club located in the Village, not affiliated with the Property Owners Association. Home ownership is a requirement; however, admission is by sponsorship of two members who have known the candidate socially for two years or more, plus four reference letters.
You cannot apply for a golf membership until after closing on your Lost Tree residence. Social, Limited and Active Golf Memberships all enjoy club facilities including a Beach House, the Golf Clubhouse, and the Pelican House.
There is an annual assessment village wide for $6,624 covering security, road maintenance, streetlights, and common area maintenance. Single-family homes handle their own landscaping, water, and electricity. Condo owners also have separate Condo Association assessments.
