Record after record in Real Estate sales has been shattered here in Florida and in other parts of the country over the past two years. At some point we become almost numb to the “Record Set, Record Shattered” headline. So, I won’t go there for this particular blog.

The 20th/21st Century sale week exceeded the Billion dollar mark….. That is most definitely a re...., oops can’t use that word.
The Iconic Marilyn by Warhol led the way. During this season the auction of the Ann Bass collection, interestingly not held in the auction house, but in her New York apartment also set new re....s , there it is again, for names like Monet, Degas and Rothko. The Bass sale was one of the most important American collections to be auctioned in years.
