You’ll Love Jupiter’s Top Three Waterfront Restaurants

Food fanatics and anyone who enjoys fresh food will love sampling the delicious culinary delights on offer at several of Jupiter’s waterfront restaurants. Here are three of the very best.

1000 North

This elegant and friendly American-regional-cuisine restaurant is one of the premier waterfront eateries in South Florida. There are four distinct dining areas, all of which include excellent views of the Jupiter Lighthouse and the Intracoastal Waterway. The main restaurant provides a full dining menu that includes fresh seafood, sizzling steaks, and an unrivaled wine list. The Tavern at 1000 North is an ideal place to relax with a drink after work. There’s also a special bar menu that changes seasonally. On a warm day or evening, you can sit outside at The Terrace. This large outdoor dining area has tropical décor and a lively alfresco bar. 1000 North’s jewel in the crown is The Club Lounge, on the second floor of the restaurant. Members can enjoy an exquisite menu, a private dining room, and other privileges. As you would expect with a waterfront restaurant, the seafood comes highly recommended. Try the delicious Lighthouse Tower dinner option to experience the taste of local sea-life fully. It includes six oysters, four crab claws, four shrimp, and half a lobster.

U-Tiki Beach

With breathtaking views of the water, impeccable service, and a plentiful selection of fresh seafood, U-Tiki Beach is a relaxing setting for families, friends or couples who want to get together in a welcoming atmosphere. There is a large parking lot with valet service. You can even pull up in a boat and order your food. You can choose from several menus at U-Tiki Beach. The dinner menu offers specialty plates like Caribbean Steak and Shrimp and Jambalaya Shrimp and Chicken. The restaurant makes a variety of delicious Caribbean flatbreads too. There’s also a lunch menu from which you can choose delicious delights like Caribbean wraps and oyster and sushi rolls. In the daytime and on warm evenings, you can sit outside the restaurant in an ambient and peaceful environment while trying dishes from U-Tiki’s beach menu. The Dragon Roll, which contains shrimp tempura, spicy tuna, avocado, eel sauce, and wasabi sauce, is highly recommended. The other great thing about this restaurant is it has a buzzer system to let you know when your food is ready.

Guanabanas

This open-air restaurant has come a long way since it opened as a sandwich shop back in 2004. Today, Guanabanas is considered to be an institution in the northern Palm Beach area. With woven Tiki huts, banyan trees, and hand-chiseled coquina pathways, this laidback restaurant is a delightful setting for anyone who wants to soak up a Florida-style beach atmosphere while enjoying some of the best food in the region. Guanabanas purchases their seafood directly from Florida fishers to make sure it is from sustainably managed fisheries. There are several menus available. Highlights of the Lunch and Dinner menu include Tequila Lime Shrimp, which is sautéed Blackened Florida shrimp smothered in a house-special semi-spicy tequila lime sauce. Guanabanas also offers a kids’ menu, a breakfast menu, and a brunch buffet menu, which includes tasty treats from the Paella Bar, the Donut and Waffle Bar, and the Bacon and Sausage Trough. It’s worth visiting Guanabanas for the food alone. But the restaurant also has regular live music acts that will entertain while you’re eating. Indeed, with local, regional, and national artists performing, Guanabanas isn’t just one of the best restaurants in the area. It’s also one of the best live music venues. Notable names like Pato Banton, The Fray, and Natasha Bedingfield have all performed here.
